It’s a new year with NEW focuses: Strength, self-love, inner growth, and making your personal care a priority.

For those wanting to ease back into fitness after a holiday hiatus or if you’re a BEGINNER in your fitness journey… I am so excited to share...

Launching tomorrow is BDW’s first fitness program of the year:
Start Strong in 10. ✨

This program consists of 10 days of beginner workouts, all 20 minutes or less, designed to help you feel strong, centered, and motivated to integrate easeful fitness into your daily life — no matter what that looks like for you.

My go-to is ALWAYS walking, hands down. Walking is still one of the most underrated wellness tools we have as a species. Research shows that you actually only need around 8,000 steps is where inflammation drops, mood improves, and longevity climbs.

So today, challenge yourself to move with intention and get outside, no MATTER the weather. You can take the long route. Walk after work or dinner. Step outside for 5 minutes between tasks. It all adds up. Your body (and mind) feel every bit of it. 🤍
