Launching tomorrow is BDW’s first fitness program of the year:
Start Strong in 10. ✨
This program consists of 10 days of beginner workouts, all 20 minutes or less, designed to help you feel strong, centered, and motivated to integrate easeful fitness into your daily life — no matter what that looks like for you.
Let us guide you through includes cardio, Pilates, strength, and yoga, all within the next 10 days. 🤎 You will ABSOLUTELY feel stronger and notice a shift in your energy. That’s what happens when you start making decisions again for you.
