MARTA will hold a veterans job fair on Thursday, Dec. 8, from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. at MARTA headquarters, located across from the Lindbergh Center rail station on Piedmont Road in Atlanta. MARTA is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for Journeyman Bus Technicians and Track Maintainers.

CARES in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) program connects parents with infants in neonatal intensive care units to peer support services. Substance using parents often do not access, engage in, and complete treatment or participate in recovery support services. We are on a mission to change that, by reducing stigma, providing hope, and offering connection.

GC4R peer recovery coaches in Northeast Georgia Hospital System Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) assisting 873 mothers with 5790 follow ups to date.

Join the District Attorney’s Office as we pay it forward this holiday season. The items collected will be donated to Calvary Refuge Center, located in Forest Park, GA. Items can be dropped off at the District Attorney’s office, 4th Floor, 9151 Tara Blvd., Jonesboro, GA 30236, Monday through Friday from 8am – 12pm and 1:30pm – 5pm. Dropoff Deadline is January 20, 2023.
