We’ve been seeing these caricatures everywhere and thought we’d give it a try and honestly, we love it. We thought this one does a pretty great job of capturing the vibe Annie and I bring to our little clinic.

This conveys (to me at least), At Live In Harmony, you don’t have to show up perfect and you have to have it all figured out when you walk in. Come exactly as you are. We’re a non-judgmental, welcoming, and compassionate space, and we genuinely care about the people who walk through our doors.

It’s been a while since our last post—thank you for your patience! We want to extend a warm welcome to all our new followers and a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has continued to support us.

Tomorrow marks National PTSD Awareness Day, a time dedicated to shedding light on the impact of PTSD and emphasizing the importance of seeking help and support. It’s a reminder that PTSD is a natural response to trauma, and we all have a role to play in breaking the stigma and fostering understanding.
