Luter started National Medtest, Inc. based in Jonesboro, Arkansas in 1995, with the vision of providing the most economical and cost effective programs in the drug and alcohol testing industry. In 2002, National Medtest Inc. acquired Mobile Screening Inc., a locally based company in northeast Arkansas. In 2004, National Medtest Inc. opened their first satellite office located in Mountain Home, Arkansas. In June 2015, Kevin and Stacey Orr joined National Medtest Inc. with a vision to expand the company. services over 900 companies and government agencies representing 53,000 drivers and employees. As the company grew, National Medtest, Inc. added additional services, such as hair screens, nail screens, DNA testing, and oral fluid testing.
