Elite Hospice - Jonesboro Elite Hospice, empowered by LHC Group, provides exceptional care and unparalleled service to patients and families who have placed their trust in us.

We will improve the quality of life by transforming the delivery of healthcare services. Elite Hospice is available to a person of any age who has an incurable illness with limited life expectancy, is no longer undergoing curative treatment, has an identified caregiver in the home who is available and willing to provide care with the Hospice team, and has a primary care physician who agrees to Hospice care. We service a 50 mile radius from Trumann, AR. We will care for our patients in the home, wherever home may be for him/her. Referrals can be made by a physician, medical provider, patient or family member. Home Hospice costs may be covered by Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, workers compensation and/or by private payment.

We had such a great time last week, honoring the veterans at South Wind Heights! We had lots of laughs and great conversation. We served doughnuts, coffee, and even passed out pins to the veterans. Thank you to our amazing Social Worker Ashley Whitaker for planning this event. ❤️🤍💙
