There's only one way to get where you want to be. The more you try to convince yourself you can't do it the more you should tell yourself

The "magic pill", "shortcut", or "body in a bottle" you're looking for has always been right in front of you screaming for you to just follow along! Stop being defiant for no reason!
For the love of all that is holy just eat a ptotein and a vegetable 3 to 5 times a day, drink at least a half gallon of water, workout/moderate activity 3 to 5 days a week, stretch, and sleep. Its literally the fastest, most efficient, healthiest way to completely change your body composition.
We're talking about 3 short months to see a really noticeable difference in how you look and feel physically and mentally!
All I can do is tell you to try it.
And if you try it, there will be days that you can't stand the thought of not eating sweets, drinking calories, or going to the gym.. thats fine
