Absolute Care Management is an Arkansas based, family owned & operated non-medical in home care provider. In 2006 we began serving Elderly, Disabled Adults and Children, Workers' Compensation clients & Veterans from one of our 18 locations. Our corporate office is located in Jonesboro, AR. Absolute Care is the largest privately owned and operated personal care agency in Arkansas to offer in-home personal care services consisting of bathing & dressing, eating, toileting ambulation /transfer, personal hygiene, light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry,
shopping, and socialization assisting our clients to have a better quality of life while remaining in their own home. Care for our clients may be provided through Medicaid, Private pay, Veteran's Benefits, & participating Private Pay Insurances. Caregivers are company employees who undergo a back ground check & drug screen before allowed into a client's home.

Today is National Working Moms Day.

For the moms waking up early.
The moms answering calls while packing lunches.
The moms who work all day… then come home to another job waiting.

Dinner to cook.
Laundry to fold.
Homework to check.
Baths to give.
Bedtimes to fight.

No clocking out.

Working moms carry two full time jobs and still somehow get called “lucky” if they sit down for five minutes.

They run on cold food.
They feel guilty for being at work.
They feel guilty when they’re not.

But they still show up.
Every day.

Because the bills need paid.
The kids need raised.
And quitting was never an option.

So today is for the moms doing both.

Working…
and mothering…
like the world depends on it.

With seasonal illnesses going around—especially during the holiday season when gatherings and travel increase exposure—we encourage everyone to be extra mindful.

Practicing good hygiene, staying aware of symptoms, and taking precautions when needed helps protect those around us. Wearing a mask when feeling unwell or entering a vulnerable situation is a simple way to help keep our caregivers, clients, and community safe.

Small steps make a big difference. Thank you to our caregivers and community for continuing to look out for one another 💙
