Healing Through Mindful Touch and Gentle Support

Hello! For over 10 years, I have been passionate about exploring various modalities to support the body's natural ability to heal. My primary focus has been on deep tissue work, embracing the saying, "No pain, no gain." However, I believe that sometimes, less truly is more.

As your therapist, my goal is to create a safe, relaxing space where your body can unwind and heal at its own pace. I specialize in combining physical techniques with mindfulness strategies to nurture your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Having recently experienced my own healing journey after a bike mishap, I am inspired to offer gentler, kinder ways to support your body's healing process. Reducing stress and cultivating mindfulness can make a profound difference in how you feel day-to-day.

If you’re looking for a holistic approach to wellness—one that respects your body’s needs and promotes deep relaxation—I’d love to support you on your healing journey.

Remember, sometimes the kindest touch and mindful presence can be the most powerful tools for healing.

Our Story

As a Master Massage Therapist, I have seen people who have benefited from the bodywork I provide. The question I answer the most is, ”How often should I get massage therapy?” my response is always as often as you can. However, if you have a specific or chronic problem that plagues you, look at weekly for a month, then spacing it out two to three weeks apart until we can get you to a monthly schedule. Massage should not be seen as a luxury but a necessity. Maybe years ago, before the benefits were truly discovered, it was seen that way. With life constantly pushing our stress levels, massage is a way to relax your body and mind. We all need to find that space of calm.

So please book your appointment today! Allow yourself to begin anew!
