Fun fact about this next Community Mental Health Day Partner: several years ago Dr. Cormier and a counseling student alumni were at a coffee shop writing a proposal for the first Community Mental Health Day, when a woman walked up and said, “I don’t know who yall are, but I love what yall are talking about and I want to be a part of it.” That woman was Eastern Livity’s Holland LeDelia.
And for the first time, schedules are aligning (sort of!)!

Though technically Holland is out of town (we’ll get those schedules lined up one day!), we will be joined by the amazing Lynn Howerton, a Reiki Master, Quantum Healing Hypnosis practitioner, intuitive Energy Healer, Social Worker and animal lover.

Eastern Livity is a holistic wellness center that offers group wellness classes, private appointments, massage, yoga, Pilates, meditation, education, and so much more. Their inclusive and welcoming vibe is perfect for those who feel unsure or hesitant about getting into different wellness practices.
