Of COURSE - making smart choices and following a balanced meal plan that includes fruits🍎 vegetables 🥗 whole grains 🍞 lean proteins 🐓, complex carbs 🫘 and limited added sugar 🍬 is the ultimate goal.

Diabetes awareness is vital for healthier lifestyle changes necessary for prevention, and early detection and diagnosis.
