Starting today, Victory Fit will be replacing all weights with extra heavy pillows to reduce soreness and increase nap efficiency.

Squats? Pillow sits.
Bench press? Aggressive hugging.
Cardio? Power walking to the snack bar.

Just kidding. 😏

But if you do wake up a little sore tomorrow, that probably means you're doing it right.
