Cleaning out for the new year?
We are looking to get back some of our spectra pumps. Also taking donations of specifically spectra, evenflo bottles, pidgeon bottle or lansinoh. We give a lot away to moms in immediate need and our stash is quite low. Drop off would be johnson city pediatrics location. Happy decluttering.

Just when you think they will run out of b**b puns… Christmas rolls around and your friends/co- workers do not disappoint.

Free classes start back up next week for 2026. Working a few new projects, support group will resume when the illness season ends and we are so excited to meet new families.

WOW—what an incredible year 2025 was! ✨

We had the absolute honor of working with so many amazing families and helping them navigate and overcome feeding challenges.

We were thrilled to continue offering our free prenatal breastfeeding classes (our next one is January 8th—don’t miss it!).

We also came together to support moms in the thick of parenting at every stage through our mommy meet-up support group, and play groups—a space for connection, encouragement, and community.

Our infant feeding tent complete with a toddler play area was a blessing to so many families at events across our region, and we’re so grateful for every opportunity to serve.

Most importantly, we built meaningful relationships that we are incredibly thankful for. 🤍

Here’s to a new year filled with fresh opportunities to support, serve, and grow alongside our community! 🎉

When one mama cries, we all cry 🤍🕊️

There are moments in life that stop you in your tracks. Moments that remind you how deeply connected we are simply by being mothers 🤱🤍 Recently, a local mama was critically injured trying to save her babies during a house fire. She did everything a mother could do. Tragically, both of her daughters were lost 🕯️🕯️

This is a story that hasn’t left our hearts. Mandy and I have thought about this family constantly 💔 As mothers ourselves, it’s the kind of loss that sits heavy and makes you hold your babies a little tighter 🤍 We have felt deeply led to help in any way we can.

I reached out to her sister to ask if it would feel okay for our spa to support them. She graciously said yes 🤍 So for a limited time, 75% of all spa sales will be donated directly to support this mama as she heals and begins an unimaginable road forward 🤍

To start, we are opening appointments for
🤍 Wednesday January 7
🤍 Thursday January 15

If our community shows up, we will absolutely open more dates 🤍 Every appointment booked helps us make a bigger impact.

Our next Free breastfeeding class is January 8th.

However, I’ve heard there are a lot of January babies due …and with scheduling issues/canceled classes this will be too late for our early January due dates.

Emergency pop up class anyone? If I can get enough interest I will do a virtual class. I’m looking at December 23 or 28th as options. 6-8 pm on your couch.
