I’ve had the pleasure of welcoming new participants this week, and they're enjoying the sessions immensely. After class tonight I confessed to the group that I forgot to do Pyramid Pose on the left side!! I just couldn’t remember the flow i did on the right! So if you were there and find yourself walking a bit lopsided you now know why!! lol These are the things that haunt a yoga instructor’s dreams!!

What a great night! Met some awesome people trying out Chair Yoga for the first time tonight and then jumped into Traditional Yoga 🧘‍♀️ with some of my favorite yogis! Great week all around, I appreciate all of you! ❤️ 🙏
