We live in a society that thinks a burnout is a badge of achievement. It’s not! Life lately has taught me the importance of slowing down, time with loved ones, selfcare, and recovery. ❤️‍🩹
Let’s stop fantasizing the burnout and start romanticizing Rest, Recovery, and the importance of choosing you.

🕯️Some seasons aren’t meant for loud wins or constant movement.
🤍Some seasons are meant for recalibrating, healing, and coming back to yourself.

🕯️If things feel slower right now, softer, more inward… it doesn’t mean you’re stuck. It means you’re becoming , building something deeper. Stronger. More aligned.

Resting isn’t quitting.
