Humble apologies to all the patients and would-be patients who have unsuccessfully tried to call me over the last several weeks, perhaps months for some of you. Unbeknownst to me, my phone was refusing calls from Verizon and some other providers. My phone did not even register a missed call. I foolishly assumed the problem was with your phone, because I was still receiving patient calls regularly, and plenty of spam calls and texts. A software upgrade has been performed, and test calls made and received.
