We celebrated the birthday of B. F. Skinner on Friday, in honor of World Behavior Analysis Day.

Skinner was a pioneering psychologist and one of the most influential figures in behavior analysis. His work laid the foundation for many of the strategies we use today in teaching, behavior support, and skill building.

It was the perfect way to wrap up an incredible week of training. Learning, growing, and, of course, celebrating together with cake! 🎂

Grateful for a team that works hard and still makes time for moments like these.
