The Community Clinic of Southwest Missouri is a free health clinic providing quality care to the uninsured. We are located in Joplin, Missouri and provide care to residents throughout the southwest Missouri area. Services include general health, chronic disease management, orthopedic, pediatrics, chiropractic, limited mental health (connected to chronic disease management), cardiology, and dental (extractions only).
