These are overwhelming times . Whenever the drama pulls us into fear, anger, judgement , struggle we need to center . We need to embrace the situation , the perpetrators and the victims . Just embrace them in your very Heart , fill them up with Love , with Light , with Compassion , no judgement at all . That is the way to bring about change : just witnessing and loving .

To dream our world of munay , beauty, abundance , peace and joy into being it is not only necessary to have a vision . We need courage and trust and to stay out of fear . To stay out of fear we need to balance our life energy , breathe and become centered and we need to welcome everything in our lifes , even the most " negative " or " difficult " or "painful" things . We need to accept them and say grace : Urpichay ,thank you . Thanks for the teaching Richard Aguayo .

Yesterday we made a golden despacho with Don Alejandro and dona Santusa . This was to call upon the Pachakutaq energy , the energy of the new Golden Age and to pray that our hearts are opened and changed and that we start to walk the new path .

If you can walk in complete trust, in acceptance that all , yes all , is well then you see things from the perspective of Apu'chin , condor . Seen from there everything is a miracle, gone is the fear , left is the wonder. Then all is magic and you are the magician .
