TIPS FOR RESTORING BALANCE, HEALTH AND WELL BEING

Take responsibility for your reactions to life and give up blaming others or external circumstances, the victim archetype has no power to heal or transform situations.
Everything that you think, say and do is subject to the law of attraction.
Create what you want not what you don’t want.
Train yourself to stop planting negative seeds with your thoughts, words and deeds against yourself or others.
Constantly replace them with the opposite positive vibration, and keep your mind in a state of positive expectancy, what you expect, you will more likely attract.
Organize your life so that you are in an environment that supports your well being, surround yourself with friends that uphold the same values and support your spiritual growth, clear relationships that drain you or pull you down.

BODY CARE: Obey your natural instinctual promptings and rest when you need to, eat when you are hungry etc. Eat foods that are natural, wholesome and nourishing, avoid denatured and sugar laden foods and a heavy meat diet. Eat fresh vegetables and fruit every day, drink a lot of pure water. What you eat does affect your vibration, and you can tune into your body and feel these effects so that you can establish the perfect diet unique to you.
Connect with nature, every day. Recharge yourself with early morning sunlight whenever you can.
Some form of daily exercise is important to maintain vibrant energy.

ENERGY CONSERVATION: Become consciously aware of your psychic energy leaks that drain you of your power, especially the inner critic...
Learn to recognize the thought forms that act as energy vampires so that you can work on releasing them.
Choose thoughts that uplift you and give you energy.
Depression and negativity are always symptoms of low energy. When experiencing these states get out in nature and the fresh air and move your body, this releases endorphins in your brain and always uplifts your mood.

There’s a lot surfacing right now, and it’s natural to feel shocked and disturbed by what’s coming to light.
But looking away is how corruption stays hidden.
Giving your attention doesn’t mean doom-scrolling or becoming consumed by anger or fear.
It means staying conscious and choosing not to pretend everything is fine.
Awareness matters — but awareness alone isn’t enough.
It must be held with integrity and the courage to stay present when it’s uncomfortable.
When enough people refuse to ‘move on,’ silence can no longer protect what must be confronted.
As new aspects of darkness are uncovered, it’s important to stay grounded and to care for your energy.
Take moments to breathe, come back into your center, and remember the light of love.
Every individual’s commitment to the greater good matters.
