Are you tracking calories, but you still just can’t seem to lose the extra weight?

👉🏻The root cause could be the quality of what you’re eating rather than how many calories you are actually taking in.

Restaurants will often cook in seed oils, which are highly processed and pro-inflammatory. This inflammation is what could be leading you to hold onto the extra weight.

🍳Cooking at home with oils such as olive oil or coconut oil could be just the fix you need!

✨Stay tuned for more tips on how to get to the root cause of your weight issues to become a healthier version of yourself.

✨Waking up between 2-4 AM every night?

What actually causes mast cells to plume out histamine? A number of factors could irritate your system and trigger the release of histamine, such as your home, your phone, and even the car you drive.

Three of the major irritants, which can cause this type of reaction in some individuals could be:
❌ Mold Toxins
❌Diesel Fuel Exhaust
❌Electromagnetic Frequencies (EMF)

If you are experiencing any of the symptoms commonly associated with histamine discussed in previous videos, it’s worth looking into your environment.

What does the research suggest about HRT and breast cancer?🤔

💡The lifetime risk of breast cancer is 1 in 7 women. While HRT does not affect this risk factor, the research highlights an interesting pattern.

Per several studies, the breast cancer survival rate of women taking estrogen at the time of diagnosis was shown to be greater than those women who were not already taking estrogen.

The patients taking estrogen in these studies were also shown to have more differentiated cells, which are less prone to spread to other areas.

While estrogen has not been shown to prevent breast cancer, it could potentially provide additional benefits which are not often addressed.

Are you hesitant to start hormone replacement therapy (HRT) due to the potential risks, including risk of cancer??

The Women’s Health Initiative Hormone Therapy trials originally linked (HRT) with breast cancer, but there are a few issues with this study.

Dr. Roberts explains why these findings cannot be accepted as conclusive.

▪️Additionally, as of yesterday, HHS repealed the black box warnings on HRT.

🇺🇸This announcement from HHS is an unbelievable step forward in addressing America’s health crisis.

For too long, women have been discouraged from exploring hormone replacement therapy (HRT) due to projected “risks,” which do not apply to everyone.

As a result, these women are missing out on a treatment that could transform their journey through menopause.

This is the beginning of a personalized healthcare system—where your health is customized to your needs and not limited by the opinions or interests of others.

🧠Did you know there are three different types of estrogen?

1️⃣ Estriol
2️⃣ Estradiol
3️⃣ Estrone

All three metabolize in the liver, but they travel down different pathways with varying impacts on your risk for breast cancer.

🧬Dr. Roberts explains how genetic testing can help determine whether you have a specific enzyme present which will steer estrogen down a higher risk pathway.

At Customized Relief, we believe in personalized healthcare—including genetic testing—to ensure you receive care that is right for YOU.
