A good therapist:
☘️ Makes you feel heard, not judged

Helps you explore, not just "fix"
☘️ Respects your pace—growth takes time
☘️ Does their own inner work (because therapists are human too!)
Therapy isn't about a therapist giving you all the answers—it's about helping you discover your own.
