Thank you so much for all the kind words concerning my dad. He is recovering from his stroke and still has not regained full use of his right arm and other areas of his right side but he is doing well for a 95 year old guy! So grateful for an opportunity to teach Reiki I! It was an amazing group of souls who gathered together to dive deeper into their own healing and embody the practice@of when we heal ourselves we are healing the world!

It was fabulous day teaching Reiki I yesterday at Devanadi! Thanks goes to Asia one of the amazing students for actually taking a picture of these amazing beings who said 🙌 YES to taking a day to learn about Reiki I and go deeper into ways of taking care of themselves and digging deep into their own healing journeys!

Hello Friends! I did not plan on being offline for so long! I went to study in India and just as I returned my dad had a stroke and I was also moving through another immediate family member with a health crisis! Sorry about the silence. I am planning on offering a sound bath and restorative class Sat, Dec 27th 9:30-11:30. Class will be intimate with limited availability. Please message me if you would like to join us! Investment is $45 and pre-registration is required because space is limited!

Blessings friends! I am in Indiana this week. It is my Dad’s 95th birthday on Friday. He is still keeping himself young. Since I have been here he has been thrashing his yard and planting grass and watering his new grass manually. He continues to amaze me. I hope you are choosing to move your body in ways that keep you healthy!

Happy Weekend! I was off grid and out of town for the last couple weeks…doing some self care and one of my favorite things soaking in a couple of hot springs. I am back this week and yoga is here. If you want to join me there is yoga on Monday at 9:30 am and Tuesday at 6:00 pm and a special 2 hr restorative and sound bath Saturday from 9:15-11:15. I had the amazing opportunity to teach and learn and share with 20 other delightful beings in the forest in CA. I have been attending this training for many years and teaching at it for the last few years. The healing I have experienced and also witnessed among these trees has truly changed my life! This year I taught yoga in these forest and was delighted that the participants were so willing to connect to themselves at such a subtle level. One participant said the practice was delicious. I was so grateful she shared her thoughts. I am also thankful for others who took pictures! I don’t think I took one! (Gotta love my warm socks…warmth over fashion!)
