I’ve been getting more and more requests for beach yoga lately 🌊✨ and I totally get why… there’s just something about moving with the ocean that hits different

That said, not all beaches are created equal for group classes, and in many cases permits are required depending on the location + group size 📍

The good news is I can help navigate all of that for you and make the process feel easy and seamless

There’s something about the desert that softens the edges… and then quietly asks you to meet yourself with more honesty.

Spirit of the Desert Retreat held so much of that. This Strength and Flow class became a blend of Pilates and yoga… moments of pause, stillness, reflection… and then tapping into power when it was time to move. Not rushed, not forced… just building from what was already there.

The kind of strength that feels grounded. The kind of movement that actually lands 🌵✨
