I would like to be pregnant. I plan. I would like everything to be from A to Z. So, how to prepare for pregnancy?
One of the most important decisions in life is that you will become a mother.
Here are some tips on how to prepare for this role.
A patient who reports to a pre-conceptual visit, I recommend:
- cervical cytology
- breast ultrasound
-Laboratory: TSH, blood count, anti-scarring and toxoplasmosis
Possibly against the body against HCV, HBsAg, HIV against the body
- supplementation of folic acid 0.4mg, preferably with 0.4mg metapholate
- vaccination against influenza and against pertussis (according to the latest orders, vaccination against pertussis should be considered by every woman planning pregnancy, and also pregnant about 35 weeks of pregnancy - so that the newborn diarrhea is protected with antibodies transmitted from mothers, until their own mandatory vaccination)
I keep my fingers crossed for a positive pregnancy test. As will be "+", I will tell you what to do next.
