The bottle we've been reaching for the most this summer is our Olio Nuevo. If you haven't tried it, it's our limited edition first pressing each harvest. It's a different blend from year to year and is always unique compared to the classic harvest oil. This season’s Olio Nuevo has tasting notes of tomato leaf, artichoke, and green almond with a pepper finish. A delicious touch to everything in your kitchen from summer salads to pestos, gazpachos, grilled fish, or pour some over a scoop of vanilla ice cream with a pinch of salt.
