This past weekend 22 female cancer survivors attended an amazing retreat at the Retreat Ranch and did so at no cost to them. Cancer StrongHER is a wonderful non-profit that provides a variety of classes and other opportunities to women of any cancer diagnosis, free of charge. I'm so excited to be affiliated with this organization. Next year we want to provide the retreat again but we need your support. If you're donating to charities or nonprofits, please consider allocating some funds for the intrepid women of Cancer StrongHER. ❤️

The Saturday night Zentangle class was enjoyed by all! Each one is so unique, great job ladies ❣️

This afternoon saw lots of time for creativity with intentional candle making and Zentangle. All the ladies got a massage and vibrational therapy, did a scavenger hunt and fed the goats. There was time for the hot tub and sauna too! We did a lymphatic movement class and even celebrated a birthday 🎂

This morning we began with yoga, vibrational therapy for sinus congestion and now a delicious breakfast. 😋
