⚠️ Community Alert: Phone Scam Using SCHC Phone Number

Sedgwick County Health Center has been notified that some people in the community are receiving phone calls that look like they are coming from our phone number.

In many cases, when people answer the call no one says anything. In other cases, the caller is hard to understand.

These calls are NOT from Sedgwick County Health Center.

Scammers can sometimes make it appear that they are calling from a local phone number, even when they are not.

Please remember:

SCHC will never call you asking for your full Social Security number over the phone.

If you receive a suspicious call that appears to come from SCHC, hang up.

If you receive one of these calls, please call our main number at 970-474-3323 to report it.

If you are unsure about a call, you can always hang up and call the hospital directly at 970-474-3323.

We are aware of the issue and are monitoring the situation.

The Assisted Living Center residents had a great time reading his books, playing Dr. Seuss themed trivia, eating snacks and working Dr. Seuss crossword puzzles and Search-A-Words!

Hearts Across America 💗🇺🇸

The nursing home received over 85 Valentines Day cards throughout the month of February from all but 13 states!

It was truly a team effort as we all posted on our personal social media pages, texted family, friends, other facilities and former coworkers to pull this off!

Residents, families, and staff enjoyed stopping by to read the sweet cards!:)
