My husband recently got me hooked on a program called 75 HARD by Andy Frisella.

The goal is simple: build mental toughness every single day for 75 days through consistent habits —
〰️ exercise
〰️ drink enough water
〰️ follow a structured diet
〰️ track progress
〰️ stay disciplined

I wont go into too much detail, but if you know, you KNOW. And if you’re interested in the book or program, I HIGHLY recommend it!

I’m still early in the journey, but it’s already reminding me how closely our mental wellbeing is tied to physical activity.

A 30–45 minute walk can completely shift your day by giving you a feeling of accomplishment that enhances your mood.

Let’s not forget about the long list of physical benefits exercise can offer, including DECREASED PAIN.

Had it not been for these walks I also would have missed an amazing sunrise this morning and a chance to take the pups out! 🌄 🦮
