Y’all, we’re kind of OVER all the Valentine’s Day “love-bombing” hype.

Though we adore having choices around partnership, community, and sharing our hearts and souls with other humans (perhaps even one special human-if that’s your preference), the best LOVE and partnership begins from within.

When we have a solid relationship with ourselves first, the choice to partner with another (or not) is often more peaceful, less fraught, and abundantly fulfilling no matter who we spend time with, or which layers of intimacy we choose to pursue.

We are thrilled that Kristin is hosting an Immersive sound Journey that is centered around self care and nervous system regulation.

Class Updates:

Class Type Change | Thursday Downtown
The 5:30pm class is shifting from Sukha to Shakti Flow. Still led by Cassandra, this class keeps its grounding foundation while inviting more strength, heat, and movement.

New Class | Fridays Downtown
12:10pm Shakti Flow with Carly
Our midday Shakti Flow returns, bringing lunch classes back to the schedule Monday through Friday. An energizing reset in the middle of the day.

Time Change | Saturday Downtown
Shakti Flow with Chrissy now begins at 10am — an earlier start that leaves plenty of room to enjoy the rest of your weekend.

In this hallmark season of love, we invite you to turn inward to meet the Self first. The quiet, radiant presence that witnesses all, beyond thought, story, or expectation.

We are so excited that Cassandra will be hosting “Love the Self First”, which is a workshop designed to do exactly this on the evening of Friday Feb 13th 5:30-7pm.

Through the gentle, receptive practice of yin yoga and guided meditation, we will move slowly and mindfully, opening the body, calming the mind, and resting in the heart. Each breath, each held posture, becomes an opportunity to journey inward, to honor the Self, and to awaken compassion and love from its source.

By loving the Self first, we cultivate a presence that naturally extends outward, nurturing kindness, generosity, and authentic connection with others.

Here, we will practice the deepest form of yoga: the journey of the heart, the awakening of the Self, and the recognition that all love, inward and outward, begins within.

Among his many areas of knowledge and experience, David has completed specialized trainings in Yoga for Mental Health and is a trauma-informed teacher, offering a thoughtful, steady presence that honors the whole person, on and off the mat.
