For more than two decades, Charlie Tooch, has successfully coached bodies of every age, shape and capability. She began her career as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, director of fitness programs, Pilates specialist, and studio owner renowned for quality human movement. Having logged at least 10,000 hours identifying strength gaps, cultivating ideal posture, resolving misalignments, while dialing in deep lasting strength makes Charlie super savvy and safe for any fitness environment. Don't let all that technicality fool you, however, her superpower is provocative communication. FUN is part of function. If you're not having any, you're in the wrong class.

Our offices will be open on Wednesday, October 9th, til 2 PM at most. The area is expected to experience tropical storm force winds so please take precautions. Make sure you have adequate supplies (food, water, power) and safe shelter. We will be closed Thursday, October 10th. We will be open on Friday, October 11, ready to provide you with some much needed therapy. See you soon and stay safe!

I used to be a runner until running took its toll on my hips and knees - went the “gym rat” route for a time until that resulted in injury. Curiosity about Pilates eventually prompted my call to Synergy Health and Wellness. Imagine my delight when a real person answered the phone! That “ray of sunshine” is Kimberly. She answered all my questions and encouraged me to set up an individual, introductory session with the Pilates instructor, Bonnie Hubscher.

Bonnie is the heart and soul of the Pilates program at Synergy. At our first meeting she carefully asked questions about my health, addressed my concerns and told me a little bit about Pilates. Then the lesson began…. Oh my! I was blown away! I learned more about my body, muscles, movement and breathing than I have ever known. She quickly turned a novice into a Pilates enthusiast.

Bonnie’s classes are not “one size fits all”. She has an uncanny ability to remember each participant’s limitations and strengths. She motivates and encourages while her watchful eye keeps all safe from injury. Everyone benefits from her extensive Pilates knowledge. I am so very thankful for Bonnie, Kim and the team at Synergy.
