We are counting down the days until my bride hits a milestone birthday. I won’t tell you which one, but we are doing a 50 day challenge leading up to it 🤔😎

50 minutes of uninterrupted exercise, we are tracking our meals daily-low carb (under 50g a day to start) and packed full of protein and healthy fats.
We are going to limit our screen time with a focus on being present more as well as taking the time to focus on ourselves through meditation, journaling, temperature therapy and reading.
