Dr. Nathan Mohseni is residency trained and board certified in Emergency Medicine and practices at Innovate Health as one of our Medical Ma*****na certifying physician. Dr. Mohseni was raised in Harleysville, Pennsylvania. He went to the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia where he earned a Bachelors degree in Pharmacology and Toxicology.

He then went to the renowned Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine for medical school and enjoyed the multifaceted care required to become and Emergency Medicine Physician. Dr. Mohseni completed his training in Emergency Medicine in New Jersey at Seton Hall’s St. Michaels Medical Center where he was given the high honor of Chief Resident. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and currently works at the Martin Memorial Health System in Stuart, Florida. He is compassionate and caring and studied the beneficial effects of medical ma*****na for many conditions.

Dr. Mohseni has completed all medical education requirements and is certified by the State of Florida to certify patients for treatment with medical ma*****na. He moved to Jupiter, Florida on the recommendation of close family friends and has made his home here with his wife and 3 children.

Dr. Chantelle Dufresne is a residency trained and Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician by the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians.

Dr. Dufresne is a native to South Florida, being born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, and continuing her Education at the University of Florida for her Bachelor’s Degree. She attended Medical School at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine and residency at Saint Lucie Medical Center in Port St Lucie Florida. Her speciality encompasses diverse health conditions and she specializes in life-saving procedures and care.

After working in the Emergency Department for several years, she founded Innovate Health with Dr. Nathan Mohseni with the goal of offering a multi-dimensional approach to patient care. Along with her compassionate, her goal is to offer additional options for patients to regain function and improve his/her quality of life through medical ma*****na.
