Join Carianne at The Salty Zebra Bistro in Tequesta for an intimate, chef-led dining experience centered around one simple idea: no anonymous ingredients 🦓😇

Our goal is to identify local restaurants who are doing things the right way – while also teaching our Core Concepts family how do eat out AND keep it healthy.

This scratch kitchen bistro builds its menu around the harvest schedules of local farms (if they can't name who grew it, they won't serve it!).

We'll enjoy a plated dinner (fish or steak), connect with the chef, and learn how to confidently dine out while staying aligned with your health goals, including how to avoid seed oils and choose better-sourced ingredients.
