Combining passions and making a difference! Thankful for this partnership with WAC 💜

Our leadership team is making our physical and mental health a priority! We participated in a guided meditation session and activities that allowed us to discuss how to best care for ourselves, eachother, our team and our members. We are proud to have partnered with Pierce Therapy, LLC and look forward to providing our team and our members with support.

It's been awhile! Let's do a mental health check in! I'll go first, I'm feeling okay. It has been an interesting, somewhat stressful couple of weeks but I am making sure to engage in self-care! Sometimes, I forget I also need to take care of me 🙃
