I am just full of gratitude for every single client, student and soul friend I have had the privilege of working with over the years. My cup is full 🥰 I am privileged to get to hold sacred healing space for so many, and I too receive healing and joy just from knowing you all. The light in me recognizes and honors the light in you 💞🌀🙏 may we all remember to light each other up more often and share the love that life offers us 💗 have a blessed evening! Receive a FREE massage, frequency healing, light therapy, Ho’oponopono session, grief support, healing touch, and more by some of our own community members who are dedicated to helping support you in whatever healing you may need, body, mind and spirit 💞

Aloha Ka’ū Community 🫶 we are so excited to have this event become a reality! We are grateful for the opportunity to give back to YOU, our own community members that are out here helping in ways that really matter, that change lives, save lives and protect the future for our children. Acts of compassion for our people, our animals and the very land that creates our community is the foundation, a vision of elevation of spirit and lightness of heart, and welcoming a pause for healing and gratitude.

We have dedicated time spots for 30 more people to schedule your healing session PLUS spots available for walk ins🌀 whether you are new to receiving healing or just need a little tune up, all you need to do is email kaugiveback@gmail.com, fill out the form to select your FREE service, send it back and receive confirmation! Then you just show up anytime after 10 am on December 7th, sign in, grab a lunch ticket (served 11-2) and enjoy. You can pop in just for your appointment or stay all day and try other services on offer if space allows.

Appointment is not required but is requested to help us prepare for you the best we can. Walk in’s are absolutely welcome and we have 10 incredible practitioners available for multiple sessions so plenty of space and opportunities all day long!

New Moon 🌑 in Scorpio, season of Sagittarius ♐️ shift, planetary alignments are always in motion… these last few weeks have been incredibly intense on the inner healing ❤️‍🩹 and you are not alone in your journey 💗 many big shifts are taking place, big emotions coming back around for clearing. Personally I have had deep grief rising up from the echoes of my past experiences, physical manifestations of the unprocessed emotions and the relief of letting the wounds breathe. Allowing myself to release the story for good. To close the chapter, to finish the book of how I gave my power away to another. To start a new book, a moment in time when I snatched my power back, when I started creating again for the love of medicine, of knowledge and of finding relief, of following my passions. Allowing myself to dance with spirit again in the ways that bring me joy and fulfillment and healing to others and to myself. 🥰💞🌀

Oh my goodness! That first craft batch of medicine is so amazing! Testing is happening and I’m already excited to make another batch! Just after one night I woke up feeling less tense and actually well rested. My mood was lifted and my body felt great! I can’t wait to have this in stock regularly for helping with sleep, inflammation and mood 🥰💗🌀

On the journey back to yourself after experiencing toxic relationships and abuse, establishing healthy boundaries for yourself takes time 💗 recently I have been diving deep into my own traumatic experiences and releasing the grief and anger that my body has been holding onto. Even though I have done a lot of self exploration and healing over the last 10 years, there’s still more to be processed. Don’t be ashamed or afraid to take the necessary steps that are calling out to you for your own healing. Relief and lightness of being comes after the emotions and energy is released and transformed 🌀💞🙏
