Mark your calendar for Sunday, December 7th and come on down to Discovery Harbor Community Center between 10 am and 5 pm to receive your complimentary wellness session with one of our talented and dedicated volunteers. We are so excited to come together and celebrate our people who are first to respond when our community members, the animals and the environment are in need of support.

When you live your life according to Spiritual Law, Spirits intent expresses through your personality easily and fluidly. Your light β˜€οΈ will shine if you only let it, and all that you want will come to you without ever needing to know how. To follow your spiritual path, your only job is to listen to and then heed Spirit’s directives, and your life will flow quite easily and naturally.

Your conscious mind is meant to be the receiver and transmitter of these urgings, translating the information sent from Spirit through pure awareness into the physical realm and decipherable communication. Since your ego’s willfulness can interfere and misdirect, you must pay close attention to discern which is which. Waking up today feeling incredibly blessed and grateful for the opportunities and experiences that I have been receiving recently here in Hawai’i. Growth and learning opportunities in herbal medicine, body work, energy management and Hula πŸ₯°πŸ’žπŸŒ€ I’m incredibly grateful and honored that I even have the opportunity and that the beautiful cultural heritage of Hawai’i was not lost to colonization and suppression. What a privilege and an honor to be here to experience the rising and continuance of heritage. I grew up quite separated from my own cultural heritage and over the years have taken time to explore the pre-Christian history of my own lineage, which I find fascinating and very in tune with nature. Just being tuned into nature, no matter where you are is a wonderful way to connect to the essence of life and your own history even if you don’t know your lineage. We can all trace our roots back to Mother Earth 🌍 πŸ’žπŸŒ€

The nature our ancestors once knew has changed and the world with it, but the essence of the spark of creation is always there, waiting for us to tap into its magic, in whichever way resonates with us most. As above, so below πŸ’– as we grow and change along our path, may we always give thanks to all those who came before us and be mindful of keeping the traditions alive that will feed the future in love, acceptance, gratitude and Aloha πŸŒΊπŸ’–πŸ’žπŸŒ€

You are being guided to the gateway of your sacred self. This is an opportunity to recognize that the more tender and vulnerable aspects of your being hold keys πŸ”‘ to great power. Honor the sacred within. Reclaim any parts of yourself that you have disconnected from or abandoned. If you want to experience more love and belonging, look within. There is a huge lesson in finding love within yourself. Realize that false narratives have been floating around your energetic field, stories that have discouraged you from expressing yourself. It is time to let these narratives go for good!

So grateful πŸ₯Ή to have been a part of this experience these last 3 days of the Myofascial Symposium πŸ₯° especially since we started the journey with these incredible beings of love, light and aloha. The energy of this experience will carry me indefinitely πŸ₯° I am integrating the knowledge shared and taking it all in. Wish I would have gotten more pictures! πŸ˜πŸ˜‚πŸ’ž looking forward to adding these tools to my healing art and helping my family, friends, clients and myself find relief from pain and receiving more in depth training in January with Sharon Sauer.
