Rooted, warming, and nourishing—this Ayurvedic recipe blends mung dal, basmati rice, and fall veggies like daikon + tomato, spiced with cumin, coriander, turmeric, and ginger. 🌱

• 1 cup mung dal (split yellow mung beans, rinsed)
• ½ cup basmati rice (or quinoa if lighter)
• 1 small daikon radish (chopped)
