Week by week, my body became a sanctuary. Each sunrise marked a quiet expansion not just of my belly, but of my trust, my patience, my surrender. Pregnancy asked me to slow down, to listen, to soften into the wisdom of this body that knows how to create life.

This journey was not linear. It held tenderness and discomfort, fear and awe, deep stillness and wild strength. I witnessed myself change with every passing week. My womb becoming a home. My breath becoming an anchor. My heart stretching wider than I knew possible.

As I welcome Koa into my life, I am deeply grateful to this body for carrying us here. For every growth, every ache, every sacred signal that guided us toward birth.

To the souls who walked beside me through this becoming, thank you. Your prayers, presence, words, and quiet check-ins held me when I needed reminding that I was not alone.

This year arrives with a softness and a depth I have never known before. I step into it not just as myself, but as a mother. Life feels fuller, more tender, and more meaningful. Every day is a quiet lesson in love, patience, and presence.

This new chapter invites me to slow down and listen more closely. To move with intention. To honor the small moments that once felt ordinary but now feel like everything. The way time stretches and softens. The way love deepens in the simplest acts of care.

2026 is not about rushing forward. It is about growing together. Learning as we go. Allowing this journey to shape who I am becoming, while creating a life rooted in warmth, gentleness, and purpose for my son.

2025 — a year of gentle rhythms, deep nourishment, and becoming. ✨
A year marked by sacred milestones. Turning 40 felt like a quiet initiation, a deepening into wisdom, softness, and self trust. Alongside it came the most transformative journey of all, carrying life and learning to honor my body in entirely new ways.

Through Ayurvedic rituals, slow mornings, mindful nourishment, and healing practices, I learned to listen more closely and move with breath and intuition. Traveling to Brazil to prepare for birth, I felt held by the land, ancestral wisdom, and the warmth of family. Time with loved ones became medicine. Rest became devotion. Presence became the practice. 🤰

Every herb, every pause, every shared ritual guided me back to peace and grounded me in the knowing that the body holds its own ancient intelligence. Grateful for the love, the lessons, and the life unfolding within and around me 🌱🤍

Gathered in a circle of women I love, we celebrated my child before he arrives 🤍

Thank you to everyone who celebrated this milestone with us!
A baby shower that felt more like a blessing. 💫
Friends and family came together to pour love, words, and intention into this new life.
Messages written for him in a book he will one day read.
A natural ultrasound painted by hand, capturing his essence in the softest way.

We shared a simple ritual.
Feet soaking in warm water with herbs, each woman offering a word, a prayer, a wish for birth and for life.
Those words were written, infused into the water, and later hung nearby so I can read them when labor begins and remember the support surrounding me. ✨

There was laughter, sweetness, shared food, little gifts for the baby, and the quiet power that only women gathered with intention can create.

A moment to slow down, to honor the body, the womb, and the soul choosing to arrive.
