We are just ten minutes from the local hospital and are the only nursing home in the area. We offer ocean views from our dining area and patient rooms that showcase the gorgeous colors of the sunset each evening. Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, Life Care Center of Kona offers state-of-the-art rehab equipment such as the AlterG® Anti-Gravity Treadmill®. With an on-site physician offering faster, more convenient patient and resident care, our caregivers welcome skilled nursing residents, short-term rehabilitation patients or post-operative recovery patients. We also offer a secured Alzheimer's and dementia unit.

In addition to our skilled nursing and long-term care services, each Life Care Centers of America facility also offers on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Over the years, our therapy teams across the nation have helped thousands of seniors improve function and mobility.
