Looks like the worst of the storm has finally passed.

Earlier today we discovered a leak above the office, and while most people were enjoying their Sunday, Dr. Jo was up in the parking structure squeegeeing water and making sure nothing made its way down into the clinic. No complaining. Just doing what needed to be done with his usual smile.

That’s who he is. Always working. Always protecting the space we’ve built for our patients and our community.

Running a small business means showing up for the sunny days and the stormy ones. And today was one of those reminders that this place exists because of a lot of behind-the-scenes effort.

Grateful for the rain.
Grateful for the sun.
And very grateful for this guy. 🌧️☀️

Wellness doesn’t always look like a workout or a treatment table.

Sometimes… it looks like flamenco. 💃🔥

Today Dr. Ana taught a flamenco class , and it was such a perfect reminder that healing comes in so many forms.

Movement is medicine.
Joy is medicine.
Community is medicine.

Getting stronger doesn’t have to mean grinding through another routine. Sometimes it means music, rhythm, laughter, and letting your body move the way it was designed to move.

At WildBird, we believe wellness is bigger than pain relief. It’s about building a life where your nervous system feels safe, your body feels capable, and you remember that you’re meant to live in your body, not just manage it.

We closed the office for the day and spent it with our senior management crew doing what matters most: slowing down, training, aligning, and intentionally planning how we can continue to show up better for our patients.

What you experience in our clinic as calm, care, and ease is built behind the scenes by these humans. The systems, the flow, the support, the details. We truly cannot do what we do as providers without them.

Taking a day like this isn’t about stepping away from care. It’s about protecting it. Making sure we grow thoughtfully, stay aligned with our values, and keep WildBird feeling like the healing space it’s meant to be.

This year isn’t just going to be good. It’s going to be incredible.
And we are already overflowing with gratitude 🤍🌿
