Self Massage to Relieve Stress

All you need is 5 minutes- great way to start or end your day 🌅

1. Start by kneading the muscles at the back of your neck and shoulders.

2. Make a loose fist and drum up and down the sides and back of your neck.

3. Time to massage your face- make a series of tiny circles with your thumb and finger tips on your temples, forehead & jaw line.

4. Take a few deep breaths & open your eyes!
