What began as a simple sunrise yoga practice has grown into something far bigger than we ever imagined.

☀️Morning light. Bare feet in the sand. Breath moving with the ocean. Rainbow skies🌈 Refreshing rains sometimes 🌧️🤭

🧘‍♀️Island Flow Yoga exists because of the students who show up bright and early.

Your commitment, presence, and openness are what keep this practice alive and thriving.

🌎Over the past 9 years, we’ve had the greatest honor of practicing with thousands of students from around the world, each bringing their own story, energy, and intention to the mat.

This journey continues to remind us that yoga is about presence, connection, and choosing to show up with intention.
