Our third eye chakra is associated with our intuition and how we perceive truths that can’t be detected with our eyes or other primary senses. It is where we can access our inner wisdom that takes us beyond what the external world might be telling us, leading to better decisions and greater clarity by connecting what we know from the external world with what we understand from our internal reality.

In this session I will focus on using tuning forks to work within our biofields on both sides of the third eye chakra: the right side is associated with “thinking about the past” and the left side with “worrying about the future” – two forms of thinking that take us away from the present moment and thus distract us from our inner truths.

Come to this session to gain greater present moment awareness, clarity and the ability to “see” beyond physical perception.

Note: tuning the chakra points in the head can lead to feeling “fuzzy headed” and fatigued following the session – it is recommended that you plan for a quiet evening afterwards. Like all Biofield Tuning experiences, this will gradually resolve within 24-48 hours, typically leaving you feeling greater clarity, energy and internal shifts.

Miracle Monday #2 💫🔮🙏

I’m so excited to continue sharing my miracles from this week! I am aiming to do this weekly to share my blessings with my valued clients and followers. I hope this helps to bring the everyday miracles in your life to your attention too! They're all around us...

⏰💫🔌 I was gifted an unexpected and paid day off work, due to a power outage. Without electricity, I was forced into the blessing of spending time at home on projects and slowing down. Like so many instances, what can seem negative can actually be a gift in disguise, when I am willing to look for the miracle.

💃💫💃 For the first time in nearly a month, I was able to dance around my apartment in the morning before work. This is one of my favorite things to do when I am in a bit of a funk and need to up my mood, or when I want to express my joy of living - and I had been unable to do it for nearly a month due to an injury!

🐢💫🐌Two of my planned activities were cancelled this weekend. What a blessing! I often try to pack too many things into my days. I enjoy being busy and pursuing my interests, but the message for me from the universe recently is “slow down”. This gave me more time this weekend to more fully enjoy the things I did do!

💡🤓🌟 One of those activities I got to do this weekend was an online class with a spiritual focus. What a pleasure to spend time with likeminded people, learning more about how to tune into my abilities!

😇💫🙏 One of the responses to my post about miracles last week really lifted me. Feeling like I’ve done something that was of service by helping someone else feel better is a wonderful feeling!

Miracle Monday #2 💫🔮🙏

I’m excited to continue sharing my miracles from this last week with my followers! My intention is for this to become a weekly post.

⏰💫🔌 I was gifted an unexpected and paid day off work, due to a power outage. Without electricity, I was forced into the blessing of spending time at home on projects and slowing down. Miracle Monday #1 💫🔮🙏

I’m starting a practice of recognizing miracles that a spiritual teacher I am working with right now has turned me onto. I’ve done a lot of focusing on gratitude in the past few years, but I love how this little shift to recognizing miracles takes my gratitude practice to a new level. Because then every day can be filled with seeing how there are miracles in every day, when I wake up and notice them!

So, I am starting a new intention to share my own miracles from the week with my clients and followers. I hope you share yours back with me, too!

Here are my miracles I have seen in the past week:

🤲🔆⛈️ That beauty in contrast when several days of rain and grey skies breaks open to a crystal clear blue sky from one side of the horizon to the other!

🌟🌺🎁 The joy that I feel when I am feeling in the flow of sharing my gifts through my new endeavor in giving intuitive card readings for people!

📚💡📖 Learning new things about the world through reading (and finishing) a non-fiction book.

🪶🪵🔥 Opening and using my new sage and paleo santo kit - such blessings that the natural world gives to us to clear and bless our lives! The solutions I need are always there all around me.

❤️‍🩹💃🏻👩‍❤️‍👩 Feeling able to move my body again after a recent injury 3 weeks ago - so grateful for the healing I have gained from another healer!

💞📚🌟 Finding a sense of understanding about the gifts coming from that injury, instead of getting bogged down in self-pity and pain.

The Magic of Biofield Tuning That's Also Scientific

People often ask, how does a group or distance Biofield Tuning work?

For those of you who want the shorter version of this answer: it’s because of plasma and aether - two states of matter that conduct electrical current and connect seemingly separate parts of the universe - stars, planets, nebula, etc. and perhaps most importantly for this post: human beings.

So, in a nutshell, during a group Biofield Tuning, plasma and aether are the reasons that I can work on everyone in the room at once, while directly my work with the tuning forks onto an empty table with only crystals to represent the chakras in the body of each individual.

It’s also why distance Biofield Tuning sessions work. I can be in my home in Hawaii, and work on a client in England, and it is just as effective as if she was on my table in front of me.

And during in-person tunings, it is the electrically charged plasma that makes up your biofield that responds to the sound of the tuning forks to create resonance and healing.

So, what’s the science, then?

Plasma - the 4th State of Matter

Although most of us were taught in school that there are 3 states of matter - liquid, gas and solid - scientists now understand that there are actually four. The fourth state of matter is “plasma” - essentially a form of gas that, when heated “until the atoms lose all of their electrons, leaving a highly electrified collection of nuclei of free electrons.”

In simpler terms, “plasma is a gas that conducts electrical current.” Some key examples of plasma is our sun, the stars, “and even the space between the stars,” as well as nebulas. These days, plasma is used in a number of industries, including technology, the food industry, and health care!

Made up of “filaments, cells and sheaths,” plasma can form both “repulsive magnetic force” that can “maintain [independent] identity,” but also can “carry electrical current over vast distances, connecting stars and interstellar space, somewhat like electrical wires.”

Barbara Brenna, a former NASA physicist “refers to the human energy field as a bioplasma.” This “bioplasma” makes up the human energy field, which we call the biofield in Biofield Tuning.

Not so unusual to see the human body as composed of interconnected electrical fields, since we know that both our heart and brain produce electricity that can be measured in EEGs and EKGs, don’t you think?

So, what's aether?

You’ve heard of Einstein’s quote about “spooky action at a distance”? He was talking about the nature of aether.

Aether is the “highest and finest and most basic state of matter” - and plasma is just a concentrated form of aether. It is sometimes referred to as the Higgs Field, the zero-point field, and the source field.

Einstein said of it that, ““According to the general theory of relativity, space is endowed with physical qualities; in this sense, therefore, there exists an aether. According to the theory of relativity, space without aether is unthinkable.”

Although Einstein initially said that he didn’t believe that aether existed, by 1922 he had come to the conclusion that aether was a key medium in space (see Einstein’s book Sidelights of Relativity).

Most importantly to Biofield Tuning, plasma is an electrically charged state of matter that surrounds our body as a bioplasma explains why and how Biofield Tuning works.

Aether, as the foundational basis of plasma that connects all things in space (including human beings) explains by group and distance Biofield Tuning works.

All quotes in this post are taken from Eileen McCusick’s book Tuning the Human Biofield. It is the convergence of science and spirituality - the practical and the spiritual - in that book that led me to become a Biofield Tuner after never before having been drawn to offering a healing modality!

All I want for Christmas is 222 hz

Every year my mom and I make a Christmas list for each other. It's a habit that started over the many years when I was living in far-flung countries and working in international schools. I would, of course, bring her presents from the various places where I had travelled, too. But I would usually arrive on US soil for Christmas vacation just a few days before the holiday.

Once the internet brought with it the ease of ordering online, I no longer had to battle the crowds at the local shopping mall - you know: the ones that are filled with people who either haven't been organized enough to buy their gifts in November, or people like me who were physically unable to to get there until the last minute. Truth be told, I have been in both categories at different points in my life!

Making my list for my mom always gives me a bit of childhood comfort, a reminder of the days when I would make a list for Santa and dream of him appearing in our living room on the night of Christmas Eve to deliver them (we didn't have a chimney for him to slide down!). Even when I got old enough to know that Santa wasn't real, there would still be that excitement on Christmas morning and the days leading up to it. What would be under the tree for me?

At its root was not the desire for material pleasures, but the knowledge that my mom had taken the time to shop for me, wrap them and lovingly place them under the tree. There's a sense of being well loved in a carefully chosen gift, when you know it comes from someone who knows you and loves you well, and not just a fulfillment of a social requirement, like a gift from your boss.

I was so excited when I opened one of my gifts and there it was under the wrapping - the 222 Hz fork that had been on my Christmas list! I knew it was a new fork before I saw it, due to the distinctive blue velvet bag that all of the Biofield Tuning forks come in. As soon as I took it out of the bag and struck it against the hockey puck activator, I could feel a warm, gentle pressure in the center of my chest, as my heart chakra resonated with the sound of the fork. This fork is said to "bring us to a place of serenity, invoking inner calm, quiet, and a feeling that all is well with the world" and I felt that as soon as I heard it.

Along with the 144 Hz fork, the 222 Hz fork is half of a pair of forks that we call "the Peacemakers" in Biofield Tuning. Together, they create a lovely sense of balance between being and doing in the body and mind.

The 144 Hz fork gets in and gets the work done - it's my go-to fork when there is a stubborn area of stuck energy that won't shift easily with some of the other forks. I feel a strong sense of power with that fork coming through me, my guides and/or my client's guides, and the fork combined.

As soon as I heard the 222 Hz fork yesterday, I understood why it plays such an important role in healing, both as part of the "Peacemakers" pair with the 144 Hz fork, and just on its own.

My wish for you all this holiday season is that you are gifted with both aspects that those two forks combined offer - the ability to make powerful shifts where needed, and the ability to feel peace and harmony. These are both things that I have gained from Biofield Tuning, and what I aim to bring to you in this work as my client.

I know for many of you, 2025 was a year of hard work to move through and past the challenges in your field. I hope that hearing the sound of the 222 Hz "peacemaker" in this message is a reminder that peace and serenity can be within us and around us, and is just as important as the "work" of making changes in our lives.

I am constantly learning about “truth” from my work to tune the signals in my client’s (and my own!) biofields. We collect patterns of thinking, believing and acting from our experiences and memories, that get stored as dissonant sound within our fields. When these are harmonized using tuning forks, we are better able to view these patterns and thoughts from a new perspective, and make changes to them that are more harmonious with the lives we want to lead, and the thoughts we want to have.

An excerpt from Eileen McCusick’s Substack post “The Signal Does not Lie” made me reflect on this today:

Resonance of the Real

“This underlying harmony is what ancient wisdom traditions sought to describe when they spoke of Logos, Tao, Dharma. It is what the great mystics tuned themselves to, not through thought but through surrender. And it is what becomes perceptible again in the presence of sound. A tuning fork does not create Truth - it reveals it. It resonates with the coherence that is already there, helping the noise to dissolve and the original order to reassert itself.

When the body’s electromagnetic field is met with pure tone, it remembers. The scattered signals of stress, distortion, and forgetting begin to reorganize. The body, the field, the mind - all start to hum again in conversation with that deeper harmony. This is the essence of healing: not the imposition of an external fix, but the restoration of relationship with what is already whole.

What does a shift look like?

Aloha, all!

With the holiday season just around the corner (literally tomorrow begins it all!), and the end of the year on the horizon, I have been reflecting on all of the positive changes that I have experienced in recent years, and how much of it has been supported by Biofield Tuning.

In my own life, I have been so grateful to have a wide range of shifts from Biofield Tuning! It’s what makes me so passionate about wanting to bring it to as many people as possible.

Probably the most dramatic shift was the same evening after I had a Biofield Tuning session last October. I had finally started putting my profile on dating sites, after being separated from my husband for 2 ½ years, but I couldn’t get up the courage to take the step of actually activating it, so other people could view it!

When I got home from my Biofield Tuning session that evening, I spontaneously decided to activate my profile on one of the sites. No struggle, no fear, no pushing myself…I just felt a pull towards doing it.

The next morning there was a message from someone who was interested in me. He turned out to be far from “the one,” but it was the start of that next stage of my own healing process (and currently I’ve been seeing a wonderful someone else for 6 months…)

Other shifts come slowly over time, like water slowly filtering through the volcanic rock, almost undetectable, until suddenly I notice the clear water emerging.

I have an uncomfortable habit of getting very impatient if people are “in my way” when I am in a hurry (which can be more often than I’d like!).

Recently, I was trying to get somewhere quickly, and someone crossed my path who was going slower than I wanted to go. I heard the familiar thoughts of frustration in my head, but there was no feeling of frustration in my body!

No tightening of my jaw, no energy pulling inwards, no heat. It just wasn’t there. Again, no effort, just a shift. No struggle, just a change in my perception. And the initial thoughts of frustration then dropped very quickly.

Were these shifts entirely from Biofield Tuning? Probably not. I do a lot of other self-development work - meditation, writing, working with a coach. But I have noticed far bigger changes since I have been giving and receiving Biofield Tuning.
