Let's do x2. Bring a friend to FUNctional Fitness 9am Friday. IT’S FREE. No membership required. We love movement so, let's dance into Saturday too. Attend your first NIA class for free, Saturday 9am. Friday = Movement, music, weights, and exercise for everybody.
Saturday = A blend of great music and moves, using the influences of martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. No experience necessary for either class. Movement infused with martial arts, healing arts and dance arts, done in your body's way. ... this is what waking up and moving for 1 hr can do. I had experienced great trauma and a friend suggested Nia, a movement practice for body, mind, emotion and spirit. I took a class in Centralia and for the next 3 years I drove to and from 3 times a week because it was everything I had never found. Lifelong friends, comfort in my body, things I didn't know about myself and that we are more alike than different. You still have time to make my 9am class. $10 comfy clothes, come try the fitness you've been searching for.
