... this is what waking up and moving for 1 hr can do. I had experienced great trauma and a friend suggested Nia, a movement practice for body, mind, emotion and spirit. I took a class in Centralia and for the next 3 years I drove to and from 3 times a week because it was everything I had never found. Lifelong friends, comfort in my body, things I didn't know about myself and that we are more alike than different. You still have time to make my 9am class. $10 comfy clothes, come try the fitness you've been searching for.
