Daylie helps ensure every guest experience at AWC feels grounded, warm, and cared for from the moment you walk in. She’s the one helping with retail purchases and making appointments.
She’s been studying Ayurveda for about six months and is already deeply integrating it into her daily life.
Her go-to stress support? Meditation and breathwork.
Her simple tip for everyone? Mindful eating.
Slowing down, putting the phone away, and really tasting your food. Even one distraction-free meal a day can improve digestion and calm the mind.
