CranioSacral Wisdom Class 1 & 2 begins June 13, 2026, at 9 AM. This four-day training introduces the light-touch technique of CranioSacral Therapy and provides hands-on learning for those interested in working with the CranioSacral system.

Craniosacral therapy is a noninvasive technique that connects with the central nervous system and the body’s natural ability to restore balance when given the opportunity. It may help release tension, pain, and dysfunction deep within the body where the long-lasting effects of past trauma may still influence physical and emotional patterns.

During the training, we explore the history of CranioSacral Therapy and the anatomy of the CranioSacral system, including the relationship between fascia and diaphragms. Participants also learn about grounding, centering, and developing presence while working with this system.

Much of the course focuses on hands-on practice, allowing participants to connect with the craniosacral system at different areas of the body using a very light touch to evaluate and release restrictions.

Space is limited, so plan ahead to secure your place. For more information or to view upcoming events, visit https://kcha.com/calendar-%26-events or call (269) 205-3165.

Resolving Hip and Lumbar Issues with MFR is coming up on April 11, 2026, at 9 AM.

This 8-hour training is led by Mark Duval, LMT, a bodyworker with 35 years of experience using applied myofascial release techniques to help resolve chronic pain issues. The class is designed for currently practicing licensed massage therapists who have completed at least a basic MFR course and want to build advanced skills for addressing hip and low back concerns.

During this hands-on training, we focus on assessment and evaluation methods such as visual alignment checks, palpation for mobility versus immobility, functional muscle testing, and range of motion evaluation. Participants will also learn face-up and face-down table work techniques that address the psoas, iliacus, quadriceps, diaphragm, hip extensors, hip rotators, hamstrings, and the SI joint. Hands-on partner labs are included so therapists can practice techniques with real-time feedback.

Our approach keeps clients clothed in mobile clothing and uses testing and evaluation before, during, and after treatment. Work may take place on the massage table as well as in seated and standing positions depending on client needs. The training addresses conditions such as lordosis, pelvic tilt, herniated disks, sciatica, and SI joint pain.

The class is $175, and space may be limited. For more information or to view the event calendar, visit https://kcha.com/calendar-%26-events or call (269) 205-3165.
