KP (Fit)ness is a small studio offering weekly group fitness classes: yoga- slow flow yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga, power vinyasa yoga, mobility, and standup paddleboard yoga; fitness classes- barre, bootcamp (HIIT & strength training), & mobility; Thai Massage, Table Massage, & Red Light Therapy are available by appointment.

As you sign up for your events (on the app!), please take an extra second & make sure that the pricing option & the event have the exact same name! When events are labeled under the same category, Mindbody offers the pricing options alphabetically; which doesn’t always match up with the correct event.

In order to make this season & any future seasons of events run smoothly, please take the extra second & double check this information before hitting the book button!

Looking for the right person to rent space in our yoga/fitness studio. The current (Thai Massage) room is only used 4 days a week leaving the room completely empty for 3 full days! Room is separate from the main yoga/fitness room.
*Note: if offering evening appointments (5pm & later) you need to be ok with noise from the classes happening.

Looking for someone to rent the space either one or all three available days- Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday (any time!).

Ideally a long term relationship. Happy to help promote your business through KP, chance of KP clients/members taking advantage of your services is high!

Extra amenities can be discussed (most items for table massage are available) if needed.

Tomorrow night. Align by Design: Foundations. Don’t miss it!

The session will open with a mindful juice tasting from Juicy Leaf & a few minutes of breathwork as a way to slow down, arrive, settle into the room, & start paying attention to your body & senses before starting to learn!

The Foundations course will cover:
•Type & Strategy
•Profile
•Inner Authority


Bring your journal, pen, & anything comfy to sit on, some bolsters & blankets provided.

The workshop is divided into two parts: Foundations & Living Your Life; come to one, come to both, or if you already know a little about your Human Design come to just the second part. The goal for both workshops is for you to leave feeling more orientated & trusting of yourself (which is needed in these crazy times).
