✨Surprise Holiday Penny Auction ✨
Our Executive Director Janna-Claus brought extra cheer to our community today with a surprise holiday penny auction! Residents had a blast placing their bids, sharing laughs and taking home festive goodies! 🎄🎁

It was the perfect way to kick off the holiday season— full of smiles, friendly competition and holiday spirit. ☃️

Huge thank you to Mrs. Pace’s 2nd grade class from Heritage Christian Academy for your performance today! 🎶 Our residents had an amazing time listening to your concert. We loved meeting you and hearing all the many songs you learned to sing.

After the performance, the students stayed to color with our residents— creating artwork , sharing stories, and making sweet memories together. These inter generational momentsare truly the highlight of our season. 🎤🖍️

🦌🎯Opening Day Deer Hunt at StoryPoint Oshtemo! 🎯🦌
Our residents donned hunter caps and orange vests as we kicked off our playful Open Season Deer Hunt! Our amazing staff, plus a few high school volunteers, bravely “donned the antlers”and played the part of the deer while our residents took aim with their nerf guns and blasted away.

The competition was fierce and the laughter was non stop as everyone got into the sprint. After the big”hunt” we enjoyed delicious venison appetizers to keep the theme going. We are already looking forward to next year’s hunt! 🏹

🇺🇸Honoring Our Heroes🇺🇸
Today, we proudly held a heartfelt Veterans Day Pinning Ceremony to honor the brave men and women who have served our country. Each Veteran was recognized for their dedication, courage and sacrifice—with a special pinning, words of gratitude and a sweet celebration of cake and coffee afterward. We would like to extend a special thank you to Monica from Corso Care for putting this celebration of our Veterans together. It was especially moving to hear these brave men speak about their experiences in the service of our country.

We are forever grateful for their service and the freedoms they’ve helped to protect. ♥️🤍💙

Always so happy to have Jenna and Zoey from West Michigan Therapy Dogs pay our community a visit. Zoey is a huge hit and brings so much joy to many of our residents! 🐕‍🦺🦮🐾

We took our bus out on quite the color tour yesterday to Crane’s Pie Pantry! We traveled 84 miles round trip and got to see tons of different colored leaves and pretty countryside. The delicious soups and homemade pies did not disappoint! An all around tasty trip! 🥧🍲

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Trick or Treat/ Trunk or Treat today! 🎃 Our residents, families and community friends from Centerpoint Church made it a truly special day filled with laughter, costumes and sweet treats. We loved seeing all the little ghosts, goblins and superheroes enjoying the fun! 👻👹. Happy Halloween from all of us at StoryPoint Oshtemo!

We’re enjoying all things fall! Taking color tours and picking up pumpkins and gourds from our favorite roadside stand to decorate our porches! 🍁🍂

🦷🍭The Candy Monster is hungry again! Help us feed him by dropping off Halloween candy in our Candy Monster Donation Box in the lobby. Every sweet treat will be used for residents who wish to pass out candy to the trick or treaters this Saturday!
Stop by anytime this week and help us satisfy his sweet tooth before he gets cranky! 👻
