I am literally in both the softest and the most rebellious stage of my life.
I have flowers growing from the same holes made by the things that tried to kill my spirit.
I refuse to let the ugly parts of the world ruin the beauty that I have chosen to put into it.
No matter which way I deconstruct it,
it all keeps boiling down to how we love each other.
All of it.
And I have finally grown enough not to care that I care so much.

We spent some time giving Reiki at our local rescue. It was so peaceful in there today and the animals were very receptive to the energy. Reiki brings calmness to the mind, body and spirit. 💗🤲🏼💗
