spirit.

Join us, Kalamazoo, for a BIPOC yoga class centering the experiences of Black, Indigenous, Latinx/ Latine, Asian, Middle Eastern, and all People of Color.
In a wellness world that often defaults to whiteness, we’re carving out space to be seen, supported, and celebrated. Led by rotating BIPOC instructors, every class is a chance to breathe, move, and connect in community.
