Chrissy’s passion comes through inspiring greatness in individuals and organizations. She’s got a strong desire to support leaders who want to build highly effective teams and create an environment where people feel valued, build strong relationships, and have fun along the way. She’s got 15+ years of management experience, leverages stories and real life examples and brings a wealth of knowledge to any experience. Plus, she’ll have you laughing along the way!
Program Summary:
For each of us, there is a gap between the leader we want to be and the leader we’re capable of being each and every day. The realities of frustration, stress and conflict tend to get the best of us – we’re all human after all! In this keynote, Chrissy will explore that gap and share the Above & Below the Line tool to help close it.
Step out of reactivity and into response-ability. With this tool, participants will increase their self-awareness and be more intentional in their response to stress in the workplace and beyond.
