When you’re not feeling well, we’re here to help with many common urgent concerns right here in our office, including:

• Colds and flu-like symptoms
• Infections such as UTIs
• Skin rashes and other skin concerns
• Musculoskeletal pain (back pain, strains, etc.)
• Minor injuries like small lacerations, splinters, minor burns, and minor head injuries
• Vertigo, headaches, and migraines
• Nausea, vomiting, and other GI complaints
• Women’s health concerns
• Pediatric concerns (ear pain, cough, constipation, and more)
• Medication questions or concerns

Our goal is to provide timely, convenient care without the long urgent care or ER wait times.

We are excited to introduce an incredible colleague to our healing community — Katie Jensen.

Katie is a therapist who specializes in s*x and s*xuality, gender identity, trauma healing, and somatic therapy. Her work centers on helping people reconnect with their bodies, process trauma safely, and cultivate deeper self-understanding and authenticity.

Healing is not just physical — it also involves our nervous system, identity, relationships, and the stories we carry in our bodies. Katie brings compassionate, trauma-informed support to individuals navigating these deeply personal areas of life.

Welcome Ashley Espinosa, NP to SWMI Health Matters! 👋

Ashley is now accepting patients for primary care, including pediatric visits, and is passionate about providing compassionate, whole-person care for every stage of life. She will also be completing the first phase of BHRT training and plans to offer this service soon.
