From Caregiver to Director: Meet Sierra Easter!

We are thrilled to shine the spotlight on our Director of Resident Care, Sierra Easter. Sierra’s journey in senior living is a testament to her dedication and passion for service. A 2024 graduate of Western Michigan University with a degree in Health Services and Sciences (and a minor in Long Term Care Administration), Sierra has been on the front lines of care since she was 18.

After gaining valuable experience as a Care Coordinator at StoryPoint, Sierra returned to her roots at Vibrant Life to lead our team.

Superpower: Balancing professional expertise with a vibrant, outgoing personality.

Fun Fact: When she’s not leading our community, she’s busy being a mom to her 5-year-old daughter!
